IF TOWN BD AND ARDSLEY BD MEET THE SAME NIGHT BOTH MEETINGS CAN BE AIRED ON CABLEVISION
Judith Beville, Town Clerk, reports that Cablevision has corrected a problem: She said "that a final resolve has been reached and that the Village of Ardsley is now able to control its access to the Village, only, and not the entire Town of Greenburgh." As a result, Town Board meetings will be aired on cablevision and won't be pre-empted by Ardsley Board meetings when both meetings are held the same evening. Ardsley residents will be watching Ardsley meetings- the rest of the town will watch Greenburgh meetings.
Can I presume that any unincorporated programming, not just live meetings, can now be shown in incorporated and that the slotted Ardsley meetings will no be viewed?
