Paul Levinson, Professor at Fordham University & a Greenburgh resident wrote a new book about blogging. He even has a chapter about our blog in his book entitled "A Town Supervisor and His Blog." There is a book signing by the author tonight at Nieman Marcus in White Plains from 6 PM to 8 PM. (first floor, )
New New Media looks at blogging, YouTube, Wikipedia, Digg, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, podcasting, Second Life, iPhones, and other key examples of media in which consumers are producers, and the results are changing all aspects of our lives, from the way we watch television to how we chose our President.
This should be good! Will the chapter on the this blog feature all of us Anon's?
ReplyDeleteNo - but the chapter on Blogging talks extensively about the pros and cons of anonymity in blogging :)
ReplyDeleteAnd the section on Supervisor Feiner has a good quote from him on the Anons in the blog...
And why is the Supervisor promoting this?
ReplyDeletebec prof levinson is a big feiner fan and has endorsed him on his blog/website
ReplyDelete3:34 Is that what this author did I guess he's not so bright.
ReplyDeleteHow does he expect to sell his work by endorsing a looser in the eyes of the public and government.
Knock Fordham off list of colleges for my kids to consider.
ReplyDeletelevinson has a blog and guess what - he censors those who disagree with him too!
