E HARTSDALE AVE FLOOD UPDATE: CON ED SEPARATING EACH BUSINESS LINES TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR BUSINESSES TO OPEN UP
I received a call from Sandy Miller of Con Ed this morning. Con Ed has completed their environmental clean up. They have taken action to make it easier for each of the businesses to open up. None of the businesses will be dependent on the other businesses. Con Ed will not require each of the businesses to be ready to open up before they turn on the power. Each storefront can receive Con Ed power individually. This is helpful.
Con edison is doing the right thing .This should have been done a long time ago when the stores were built. They say that it's never too late to do the right thing.
