WELCOME HOME 170 EAST HARTSDALE AVE, CHASE BANK

Residents of 170 E Hartsdale Ave have returned home, after a week of homelessness due to flooding. Chase Bank is now open for business on E Hartsdale Ave. Progress is slowly being made.
