NY Sports Club--demolition in basement complete, awaiting plans for building permit.
Hartsdale Farm--demolition complete. Awaiting electrician to complete work. OPening in about a week.
KFUNG's restaurant--demolition in basement complete. Awaiting building plans for permit.
Bagel Shop--demolition complete. One week
HSBC Bank- not returning
I spoke to Toby Ritter--asked him the town can rent the HSBC property for a temporary library. He said no, he has other possible tenants.
