I'm sure someone will speak for the public school system and take credit for this statistic.

Oh how wonderful. How will our children be able to buy a home?

How can the median price increase, but the total assessibles decrease?

If only the schools were better and not such a mess - then maybe we would be able to sell our homes.... No young couples are moving in - they cant afford the school taxes and the cost of private school.

Who wants to buy in this Town - You would have to be crazy!!!!

Try to sell your house, Its great when a buyer wants to negotiate the price of your home (down) due to the school district we are in. Yeah Great!!

Central 7 school district is not as bad as people are saying. I know graduates who have gone on to various colleges and are doing well. I know of a student who is in medical college and her brother will be follow in her footsteps. The parents have to be involved. Many black student who graduated and have significant jobs in other states.
