any truth to to rumor the pools are not going to be open this weekend at AFV park. Or do I here cover up Paul. I wonder how long this will take to get deleted. At least let people know before they ruin their whole plans for the weekend.

Don't hold your breathe. You'll never get any answers.

Does the town collect any money for the dozen or so tree trucks parked at vetrans park?

Paul my cable company is Verizon. I would like to know why the Greenburgh channels are blacked out .
We were able to see reruns of town meetings but as of late we have lost this service.

must have struck a nerve pointing out that ashplundh parks 12 trucks at afv park for trade of one day of work a month from one of ashplundhs 12 trucks. Also heard from one of the employees at the pool that they were told the pools were shut down do to a faulty pumps, but when I spoke to another employee he said they just got to painting the pools on friday so how could the pool be open for monday.

Kiddy pool was open.

Local channels are blackened out again. Is there something wrong with your dealings with Verizon or is there a new contract that you have signed that is showing meetings at the moment that they are taken place??????????
Could it be that you need new equipment or maybe a new person
to run the show.

Why are you allowing trucks to park on the property that the taxpayers are paying for.
It seems that you are the only one benefitting from this deal.

MOVE THOSE TRUCKS OUT OF THIS PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE TAXPAYERS..

Anonymous said...

I heard that the trucks are doing work for the town, reducing costs for the town and saving the taxpayers money.

When was a resolution passed for the public to have any knowledge of this barter system.

If the town is saving money how is it being reflected in the residents bills???

Who is kidding who.

Was this another scheme that Regula dreamed of. Saving taxpayers dollars as he explained no more garbage pickups with the small dump trucks but with the money saved he purchased five new ones.
What was his take on all these deals???????
Yes we pay and he plays and FEINER follows..

Paul how much money was saved by the genius's idea about curbside garbage pickups. Penny by penny please.

7:22 says:

MOVE THOSE TRUCKS OUT OF THIS PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE TAXPAYERS.

Learn some civics. The property is owned by the town, not by the taxpayers. If you don't like what is happening, elect others to town government. That is what rewpresentatove democracy is, and that's what we have thankfully.

I have lots of gripes about the Town Board, but I'll trust them to make decisions before I'll trust 7:22.

Speak up said...

Paul you recently sang a tune about "How the Sprain and Dobbs Ferry Road Contractor transfer site was Cleaned Up " Well your song stinks just like the area. It looks worse now then before. Paul it time to sing a song to the NYS DOT and tell them to clean it up . Speak up we are listening.

1;45 how can you draw the conclusion that the town owns the parkland.
Which part of the town pays the taxes on this property?

If it belongs townwide why is it that the villages are not allowed to use the facility.

I thought that unincorporated part of Greenburgh pays for this and many other parklands.

At todays work session I thought I heard that four million dollars will be needed to do some work at Taxter dump.

Did I hear correct Paul.

This was never mentioned when you decided to give your friend Gold a big back yard.
Why is it that this happens after the fact. The library was to be completed with the funds allocated but that didn't happen.
You purchased this dump for mega bucks and now the taxpayers will be hit with more taxes to abide with the ruling of the DEP.
This is what was said YOU LEAP BEFORE YOU THINK

Anonymous said...

Well, CSEA employees, this is why you will never see your raises for 08 and 09.

Why should the taxpayers pay for some illegal dumping that your esteemed DPW retired commissioner decided to do without checking out if what he was doing was legal.

Having someone in charge that doesn't care about taxes is a big crime.
He didn't live here and he never contributed to our tax rolls.
He only cost us more and more money and he keeps going to the bank to make deposits while we keep going to make withdrawals.
Great place to live right Feiner.

what about the dumping of street sweepings mixed with dirt at rumbrook park who gave this job the ok. Is it legal to dump street sweepings in the woods

Anonymous said...

the taxter road compost site is not taxter park. The compost site (where leaves had been dumped)has been used by the town for decades. The state will reimburse the town for at least half of the improvements.

What does the owner of the farmers market contribute to Greenburgh.

Did you ever stop to think how much business he is taking away from one of the stores on Hartadale ave,

I do think he should be charged for setting up a wagon to sell produce.

If it is for free many of us would like to set up a stand to sell what we can to make a buck.

How about an answer Paul

Scarsdale just opened their farmers market this past Saturday. The market is in the parking lot of Village Hall where residents can feel safe while shopping. They had over 15 vendors with a wide variety of merchandise. It's in a location that does not compete with local merchants. The Hartsdale Farmers market is just a cheap retail location for Westchester View Farm which will eventually put Hartsdale Produce and Joe's Flower Shop out of business. It's also located in a very dangerous area - one of these days someone is going to lose control of their vehicle - it's an accident waiting to happen. The Hartsdale Farmers Market should be moved to either Webb/Presser Field or to the library parking lot where everyone can be safe.

Why is it that the government channels of Greenburgh are blued out all day and night.
This has been going on for sometime.
Funny we are picking up Yonkers,New Rochelle,White Plains and Eastchester.
The company in question is Verizon.

Could it be that you need new equipment,a new technician or maybe you are still having contract problems.
Is this another service that will be taken away from us too?

We pay good money for this service but because of the town neglect we get screwed.

Just recently Paul (or his surroagte) was boasting about how much foot traffic and business the farmer's market brought to the village store owners. When I asked for any kind of supportive evidence, I was scoffed at.
