WHAT ELSE IS NEW.
We have people on our block that have their garbage picked up five days a week together with their so called recycles.
Does the DPW care NO so why should we .Curbside pickups are the worse offenders.

People on Prospect Ave. still store their garbage at the curb 7 days a week. Paul are you ever going to tell Al Regula or the building dept. to enforce the Town code on where people are to store their garbage until the proper time? Please answer!

The town has been giving out many summons. There is a problem, most people want the summons to be issued against their neighbors, not against themselves!

In what areas have the residents been ticketed?
Who is writting these residents up?
How much is the fine?

There are at least 6 houses on Prospect Ave. that store their garbadge at the curb in little wooden garbage bins and it looks terrible . Paul can you please have the proper employees, do their job and have these people move the garbage bins to the rear of their house? I know the code states, you can only put garbage out 12 hrs before a scheduled pick-up. Lets make our Town look better.
Go over to Prospect Ave. off of Fair St. and take look for yourself. Pleeeeeease! I left messages for inspector Gabe on numerous occasions to check it out and apparently he did nothing.

What about other areas where residents put their garbage curbside with no covers.
