Let's see how many police would fight a fire.
The guys on this police force are just playing cops.
The cops that we had years gone by were the real stuff.
What we have now are guys collecting a paycheck and then a good retiring pension.
We should get rid of the Greenburgh police totally.
The county or the state would do a better job and maybe even cheaper.

How about creating one police dept.for Greenburgh.

We could all save money since this police dept has to have plenty of overtime to assist the villages when needed.

Paul, let the State PD take over the PD, like they did in the Town of Corlandt. we could save at least 12 million dollars.

Why is this meeting starting at 9:15?????

How much did this cost? said...

How much dis this study cost us tacpayers? Kapica and Edye "Oops I did it again" McCarthy make well over $100,000. How much of their time did this study cost? A study, I might add, whose sole purpose is to deflect the political repercussions of the Police Department making so much money away from them and onto our fire departments.

LEAVE OUR FIRE DEPARTMENTS ALONE.

HAVE WE COMPLAINED TO YOU HOW THEY ARE RUN. HECK NO .

WE ARE HAPPY THE WAY THINGS ARE.
THE HELL WITH KAPICAS AND ABOVE ALL THE ASSESSORS REPORT.
IF WE NEED HELP YOU CAN REST ASSURED WE WILL STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF YOU.
WE HAVE THE BEST COMMISSIONERS OVERSEEING THE THREE DEPARTMENTS.

KAPICA CANNOT EVEN HANDLE HIS OWN AND YOU GIVE HIM HEADS UP TO PUT TOGETHER A REPORT ON THE FIRE DEP.
YOU GOTTA BE CRAZY........

Greenburgh Police is clearly overstaffed, whatever town can afford to have 4-5 cars respond to a traffic ticket or 8-10 cars respond to arrest 2 shoplifters. You don't see this in White Plains ..as a matter of fact you don't see this anywhere but Greenburgh.

What about when Samis was barred from a meeting . How many police cars responded to the call.
Was he going to bomb the place?
These cops seem to be afraid of everything and everyone.

Kapica has put into action a buddy system that is costing plenty of money.
Stop a motorist and he needs backup especially if he's not white.
Check this out the next time a car is stopped.
This happened to me and my friends many times.
With all the new technology that we the taxpayers pay for that is used in every vechicle they still need more cars to answer the call.
