You should investigate rather than celebrate. Your building department is requiring permits where permits are not legally required. Another clever way to levy taxes on us!
How much of this came from OSI? Why haven't you posted the fact that OSI won't be moving its headquarters to the Ardsley Park location? Isn't this building now up for sale? No jobs as proudly press released some time ago and most probably a big tax cert filing after the 5 years of the initial PILOT agreement have expired. In the meantime, let's keep paying attention to street fairs and who sell what in the town parks. Priorities, priorities, priorities.
