why not show taxter ridge - that may be the only way any gets to use it other than danny gold.

lets see our tax dollars in action.

anyone gets to use it, that is.

That's a great idea, how about having Gold give all the residents a tour of that white elephant.
If I were Gold I would be ashamed to show up at town meetings because of the fraudlent scheme he drummed up together with the old board to purchase a parkland that is not useable by humans and yet humans have to pay for it.

Correction: Town Bd won't appoint 2 members to village committee. We will appoint members to meet with the committee.

I thought the Town Board WAS the Village Officials Committee.

Why cant we try to find a developper to turn it into a golf course. A Town course would stop people from wanting to leave town.

You will have to ask Gold 's permission if he wants the land developed and the ask the others.
With this scenario Gold rules.

I think the Town should put out a request for proposal for a developer to put a golf course on Taxter Ridge. Why is Feiner pushing the bubble and not this. It could be a win win. Did Gold say no?

Anonymous said...

well the bubble will be in the unincorporated area ,we have no Gold here.
But the law will be change you can bet your bottom dollar, because most of the people who want this project to move ahead come from other areas.
Paul the way the law reads it's alright with many of us.
You didn't want it to change for Taxter Rd. park so it will stay in force for this park .
No changes should be made.
Now let's see who's gonna play games.

Why is it that this park is ok to bring in more revenue and Taxter RD.park has to stay the way it is a wasteland.
Not fair at all because the law states one thing and now because the property is at Veterans park you want the law to be changed.
NO WAY JOSE.

When the Town bought Taxter Ridge, Paul sais it would be the Central Park of Westchester. Well the last time I checked, Central Park has lots, a skating rink, pond with boats, ball fieds. What does Taxter Ridge have?

Anonymous said...

answer - it has taxes and provides a bonus to danny gold and his neighbors.

also - its a total mystery - no one knows where it is.

ms juettner - can you help us find it or are you too busy not answering mr samis' questions about the library and the cost of the cybermobile.

we are watching and not amused.

OK, but why wont feiner try to turn it into somehting
