WHEN I RUN IN THE NYMARATHON SUNDAY I WILL BE WEARING A NO WHERE TO RUN -CLOSE DOWN INDIAN POINT TEE SHIRT

I'm all excited! This Sunday I will be running in my first NYC Marathon. Actually, this will be the first time I will run more than a half marathon. I ran the Westchester half marathon in about 2 hours and one minute.
I will be wearing a NO WHERE TO RUN -CLOSE DOWN INDIAN POINT TEE SHIRT when I run. During the race I hope to chat with other runners about the need to close down Indian Point. There won't be any place to run to if there is an Indian Point meltdown or terrorist attack.

Glad you're publicly in favor of closing down Indian Point, a major disaster waiting to happen. Of far greater concern to Greenburgh than some of the things people around here carry on about. Good luck on Sunday.

I was going to say break a leg--but if you're running in a marathon that would be inappropriate. Good luck, Paul. Say hi to Lance Armstrong!

Watch out for blisters, or your tee-shirt will have to be changed to:

"NOWHERE TO STEP".

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO CLOSE INDIAN POINT. NUCLEAR POWER IS THE CLEANEST AND MOST EFFICIENT POWER SCORCE IN THE WORLD. JUST LOOK AT EUROPE. THEY CAN EVEN REUSE THE SPENT FUEL. LETS GET IT UP AND RUNNING BETTER. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT ALL THE FOLKS THAT WANT IT CLOSED TURN OFF A CLOTHES DRYER AND HANG CLOTHES OUTSIDE TO DRY. THE COST OF ELEC. IS TO HIGH AND CLOSING THE PLANT WOULD MAKE IT EVEN HIGHER. BESIDES, THE PLANT WAS THERE BEFORE ALL THE FOLKS WHO ARE NOW COMPLAINING BOUGHT HOMES, SO LET THE COMPLAINERS MOVE AND THERE WON'T BE A EVACUATION PROBLEM. IF FOR ONE WILL BE STAYING AND SUPPORT LEAVING THE POWER PLANT OPEN.

Paul. I think you are wrong to march to close Indian Point. It should be updated and made more efficient not closed. I feel sorry for us if we have to depend on other sources for all our electricity. We think our utility bills are high now, just wait.
