This isn't Greenburgh's videos - it's a Paul Feiner infomercial.

It seems like a lot of the people he is interviewing think it is a joke. It is comical.

Nero fiddled while Rome burns.

Feiner blogs and you tubes while Greenburgh faces outrageous tax increases.

the transmap video was very interesting.

i was skeptical about this venture but it has some possibilities.

feiner is certainly more interesting than andy spano.

If I want entertainment, I can find it without Feiner. I want clean streets and less taxes.

Anonymous said...

then check out the transmap video.

stop whining and start youtubing

Anonymous said...

Cute, and I liked the trans map idea. Though like someone else said, spending time cleaning the streets would be a higher priority than spending time making YouTube videos. Seriously, why does Greenburgh look so trashy in comparison to Yonkers and Scarsdale and the neighboring villages? It's baffling that town management demonstrates no care.

Does he not have any other programs to cover in this town other than Afro-american happenings at the center.

Anonymous said...

Let's be clear about this.

Al Gore did not discover the internet.

Greenburgh did not discover You Tube.

I just watched the work seesion that was held on July 22nd. I am very confused. Parks and Recreation gave a detailed report on where his cuts would be coming from.

The Community Center gave their report, if one could call it that, and not only were there no cuts.....but Francis pointed out that her math was incorrect. This has turned into a joke.

We are planning to cut parks and rec, we are planning to cut the Police Department / we are planning to cut DPW / we are planning to cut the building dept... All of which benifit the entire Town of Greenburgh. All of which directly effect the quality of life that the residents moved into this "80th best place to live"....But the only cut from the community center was a driver ??? The "rest of the Town" (other than Fairview is tired of this nonsense.

People are possibly not going to get their meals....people are going to get less police protection, etc..... and the Center will just eat up our tax payments from the Edgemont, Hartsdale, Valhalla, Elmsford areas of this Town, while fairview enjoys the center.

This Town is NUTTY !!

CLOSE THE CENTER (we should have a TOWN WIDE vote to seewho uses the center, and who wants it closed.

SO, what was ms Whiteheads final budget ?? Oh yes, she's not sure. Her math was off...........

I hope Mr. Feiner's campaign committee is paying for the intern who is shooting these videos. The videos are nothing more nor less than commercials for Feiner, so it is not fair to ask the Town budget to pay the intern.

Anonymous said...

i hope the town board looks at what is going on in rockland cty - all non discretionary spending is being cut.

time to do the same in greenburgh.

enough is enough.

samis we need you!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

We need to cut spending, but Samis doesnt care about taxes. He has said he doesnt pay any. He would allow housing which would overwhelm school districts. But he doesnt care about school taxes.

Anonymous said...

OK, 10:19,

Let's have less housing. We can start by tearing down yours.

Which school districts would be "overwhelmed"? Hopefully none of these have excess capacity and are renting out desk space.

I give up, I can't guess. Which school district is yours?

Anonymous said...

Regarding renting out desk space:
"Tuitioning-in" is still available with most of the village school districts; Edgemont can't anymore; not sure about Valhalla; Pocantico still does (expensive but outstanding PK-8). I feel bad for the Hartsdale area, but they made a choice to join Greenburgh over Edgemont.
