KATHWOOD HOMES WON'T BE EYESORE MUCH LONGER

Many residents of Kathwood have expressed concern about the conditions of the unfinished homes. Our County Legislator, Tom Abinanti has also been in contact me to complain about the eyesores.

Please be advised that the town has received a performance bond for $52,000 that was required by the Planning prior to authorizing the issuance of a building permit to the developer. We anticipate that work will begin shortly. I have also asked town staff to press the developer to make the property presentable as soon as possible.

I thank you for your patience and apologize that this has been such an aggravating experience for your community. Fortunately, the conditions will improve soon!

The Attorney General takes up the sewer guy's case and Kolesar gives crucial testimony explaining once and for all how the Town's lacking of internal controls could easily lead to $70,000 in hook in fees being collected but then spent illegally in ways that leave no trace.

Kolesar gets to see some Town Officials led out of Town Hall in handcuffs.

I must say that I am a dreamer and I do believe that we the taxpayers will be vindicated from the mismanagement of our monies by our town officials and department heads.

The you know what has hit the fan and all is coming to light.
There was a comptroller that tried to do the right thing for the town and it's taxpayers but you and four members of the board got rid of him.

The fire was getting too hot so you sacrificed the one person who had the know how to straighten the problems we have been facing for too many years.
You cannot keep silencing everyone.

This time you all have met your match in an honest comptroller but last week was shown out the door by two uniformed policeperson plus Morgan a councilman.
Was this man accused of committing a criminal act that he had to be escorted out.

You should have waited until he presented his case on internal controls so this way you do not ask the assisstance of the state.
He Kolesar was hired to do a job that you and four members did not think was the right way that this town should be run.
Has anyone stood up to you as did Kolesar.
He did not turn out to be the yes man that you can twist arround your fingers.

That's the problem here if you want to keep your job follow us and don't above all don't make waves.
