HELP USA, a nationally recognized leader in the provision of transitional housing, residential and social services, has the following opportunity available at one of our transitional residential sites located in the Westchester County area:
Porter
Perform a variety of maintenance activities such as painting, minor electrical and plumbing work, cleaning vacant units, garbage removal, etc; complete required site work orders in a timely manner and review repairs with supervisory staff; maintain site interior/exterior grounds ensuring no there are no operational and/or physical hazards.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred. Minor electrical, plumbing or boiler mechanic experience a plus.
