Client Service Coordinator/executive assistant
Manage my very busy and hectic calendar, including booking client appts, networking appts, marketing and business development events, and travel. Send follow up letters for appointments. Must be passionate about customer service, outgoing, highly organized and goal oriented. Advanced problem solving skills necessary, as well as an ability to multitask in an extremely fast paced environment. Must be computer proficient, including microsoft word, excel and lotus notes. Please be good with change and thinking on your feet. This is a full time position in Rye Brook with benefits working as part of a team in a mid sized Wealth Management Company.
